That's an http error. Does this happen every time?
I deleted the /sbbs/ctrl/letsyncrpt.key and ran jsexec letsyncrypt.js --force again ... this time it responded with:

Yes, I unzipped sbbsexec.zip into /sbbs/exec and ran jsexec update
