Until he is no longer POTUS? That will be 2024 but still he will not be charged. No crime that was committed by any American, this includes the POTUS.
Baltimore is a cesspool and was made this way by the nasty people who have lived there and are who still living there. The high crime and lawlessness is the result that has created the blight that you see on your television.
You are over stating the situation, and its causes.
When pointing to how and why, it can never be overstated.

And Cummings (who just happens to be my Congressman) is not solely responsible for the conditions referred to in Trump's tweet, nor are
those conditions unique to Baltimore. Some of the substandard housing
in Baltimore is owned by the Trump family.
Cummings said twenty years ago said that Baltimore was Drug infested, it
still is today, nothing has changed even after billions of dollars being
pumped into the city, it remains a cesspool.
They were not substandard when the people moved into these properties, but that is what happens when you allow the wrong people into your city, you know the kind that creates chaos and civil unrest, the ones who can not keep a job, or even complete high school. The kind that riot - loot stores and destroy police cars. Fatherless kids running the streets. This the recipe that creates the blight that you see in urban cities throughout the U.S. including Baltimore.
As Cummings said, he works for the people of
Baltimore and has much to be proud of in his district -- and that things
do still need to be improved.
Proud? It's a eyesore & an embarrassment, when the buildings are knocked down and the bulldozers go to work to make way for new housing, how long will be before it becomes looking like a city dump again?
Now they are using one of the tragic events in American
history; 9/11 to attack
and desmirch and smear the President. Disgraceful.
They are not using 9/11 to attack Trump, they are attacking his lies
and DS> self centered exaggerations about 9/11. Every statement has to have
something about himself.
The President has provided the results through his leadership.
The left calls it self center exaggerations because they don't want to give credit where credit is due.
