  • Amiga needs a modern Term Program!

    DCTelnet seems to be the closest terminal to use for today's BBS. What we could use now is one that supports multiple graphics and automatic font switching. Anotherwords a better version of SyncTerm for the Amiga.

    If a new Term Program could be made, what are some features you would like to see it support?

    What would be nice is to get Jack Radigan out of retirement and update
    Terminus to todays standards.. That was one term program I really loved when
    I ran it on the Amiga back in the day, loved it to the point it was my first registered program along with JR-Comm first..

    DCTelnet has ZModem and it works well. Someone needs to start a Souceforge for something like AmiSyncTerm or something like that.

    Rob Swindell owns SyncTerm.. If you ask him I am sure he would be able to
    help someone if they wanted to cross compile it..
