Less than an hour later, even.... <G> I see that they've kept on
updating it.... :) Mine's MicroEMACS 3.8b for DOS.... ;) Of course,
I've been using it for decades, just as is.... :)

    Hey Nancy!

    Mine's MicroEMACS 3.8b for DOS

Near as I can tell that version came out 1989-ish (probably earlier) and according to the README that came with the git version of uEmacs/Pk version 4.0.15, it is based on MicroEMACS 3.9e, which the author claims was the best version of MicroEMACS. I can't find any binaries, or source for that matter, for DOS for any of these versions.

    Life is good,

Sounds reasonable.... I know that we had 3.8b on the 286 Heathkit
(Zenith), our original machine... we went from that directly to the
Pentium I now use (which came with Win95, to give an indication of
age).... I dunno if there would be any of those older versions still
out and around... Richard probably has spmewhere the original of what
he's installed on all our computers... :)
