I found old packet processed in inbond directory. They will be processed ag as duples.
Where is my mistake?
You were asking about pre-processed files not being deleted, which I still do not understand what you mean. Now you are asking why an inbound packet cannot be tossed twice... if you already have the messages from that packet, why does it need to be tossed again?
If the packet is Echomail, then the messages are unpacked and DBRIDGE.DUP is created either in the BADECHO directory if its a Passthru area or in the appropriate *.MSG directory if its a Fido-storage area. A signature is written to this database. If the same message is tossed twice, its rejected.
If you really must toss that packet twice you will need to delete that dupe-database.
