The US entry reads in part: "The survey came after the #MeToo campaign

In other words, the opinions of these anonymous "experts" were strongly influenced in the immediate aftermath of a tweetstorm of unsubstantiated claims coming out of the US.
Yeah, totally unbiased scientific survey there.
I'm willing to believe data -- crime statistics, police reports, you know, hard evidence. I'm not inclined to believe the opinions of a bunch of folks who spend too much time on Twitter just 'cause someone called them "global experts".

No matter how well conducted, or how sound the methodology, it isbe
still just a survey of "experts" opinions, so the most it can claim is to
an accurate reflection of somebody's opinions, not of reality.
