    Hello Everybody,

Attorney General Bill Barr finally released The Mueller Report
to the Congress. And what does it say?

"Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my Presidency.
I'm fucked." ~President Donald Trump, when informed by then AG Jeff
Sessions of Bob Mueller's appointment as special counsel

It is going to be a fun ride when Mike Pence becomes POTUS. Not
only will he make every American pray, but he will make the entire
world pray. Including the most militant of atheists.

We will miss President Donald "Biff" Trump. You remember Biff,
the character he played in the movie "Back to the Future" ...

    Hello Greg,

to the Congress. And what does it say?

    It says, "No collusion."

    It said nothing ...

So much for Muellertime, more like a waste of time.

John Mitchell defended his president, Richard Nixon.
We all know what happened to the both of them.

William Barr is attempting to defend his president, Donald J. Trump.
We all know what will happen to the both of them come November of next
    year.

I would say sooner, but The Orange One is not an honorable
man, and refuses to do what his predecessor did.

When is it okay for the POTUS to obstruct justice?
Any POTUS, not just the current occupant of the White House.

When is it okay for the AG to protect the POTUS?
Any AG, not just the current AG who is attempting to do so.

The Mueller Report clearly shows, in at least 10 instances,
where the current occupant of the White House has attempted
to obstruct justice. Should the Congress allow him to get
away with it? Or do its constitutional duty to begin filing
    articles of impeachment?

This is not about Donald Trump. It is about the POTUS and
what he/she is (or should be) allowed to do in office.

No person is above the law. Including the POTUS.
That is my view, as well as most Americans.

However, AG William Barr and President Donald J. Trump
strongly object to that POV, thinking they are both above
the law and answerable to no one but themselves.

At least Richard M. Nixon had the decency to resign from
office in disgrace. The only "honorable" thing he could have
    done.

The Mueller Report clearly shows, in at least 10 instances,
where the current occupant of the White House has attempted
    to obstruct justice.

    There has been nothing found.

    Much was found and documented.

    NO Collusion

Multiple instances of collusion were stated -- although none rose to the
level of a criminal conspiracy that could be proven in court. OTOH,
there are still ongoing investigations which were redacted.

    NO Obstruction

At least ten instances of attempted obstruction.

    NO Crimes committed

The prosecution of those crimes is deferred to congressional
impeachment, or to once Trump has been removed from office.

    Dem Hoax Destroyed

    You wish, but not hardly.

Shouldn't of taken years and millions of dollars to come to that conclusion. I could told you that in 10 minutes and wouldn't of charged the American tax payer not even one red cent.

At least ten instances of attempted obstruction.

Mueller listed eleven incidents in Vol. II. Two of those involved Comey and
the FBI investigation; but the FBI is not a judicial organization and so its investigation does not fall under the definition of a "federal judicial
action" required for criminal objstruction of justice (see 18 US Code 1512).

One involved things Trump had said during his campaign in 2016, long before either the FBI or the Mueller investigation had begun. In order to bring criminal obstruction charges you must demonstrate the accused had knowledge
of the federal action he is accused of obstructing. Since Mueller wasn't appointed until May '17, you'd have a tough time proving Trump knew about a Muller investigation that didn't exist at the time he made the statements.

Another involved Trump crafting a reply to a NY Times article. Since the NY Times is not a judicial branch of the US government, again, this would not qualify.

Other incidents include his attempts to persuade Sessions not to recuse himself, his "I'm effed" comment (how is that obstruction?) and his alleged order to McGhan to have Mueller fired.

None of those efforts resulted in any demonstrable obstruction of justice, so you're left to argue that *attempted* obstruction is criminally prosecutable.

And of course you also need to demonstrate that Trump had "corrupt intent" in all the above, which is notoriously difficult to prove in court. At least
    Nixon left us his tapes.

The prosecution of those crimes is deferred to congressional
impeachment, or to once Trump has been removed from office.

Technically, impeachment is the equivalent only of indictment. Prosecution would fall to the Senate.

    conclusion.

22 months was a very short time for an investigation of this kind.

I could told you that in 10 minutes and wouldn't of charged the American
    tax
payer not even one red cent.

How much are American taxpayers paying AG Bill Barr to act as
    Donald Trump's lawyer?

He is a crafty one or at least he thinks he is, Mueller had this written
    up
in such a way to leave much up to the imagination so that it could be intentionally distorted.

Bob Mueller served as a captain in the Marines and does everything
    by the book.

Mean what you say, and say what you mean.

Special counsel Bob Mueller III turned in his report to AG Bill Barr,
which is in effect a roadmap for impeachment. What the Congress
chooses to do with that report is up to them. Assuming it gets its
hands on the unedited and unredacted version.

By NO means is this over,

There are at least 14 more ongoing investigations still to be
completed, as noted in the Mueller report.

it will be discovered that The Democrats are the ones who are guilty of everything they have accused the President of when it comes to Obstruction and Conclusion, just you wait.

In his 4-page summary, AG Bill Barr claimed the Mueller report
exonerated Trump in regards to obstruction.

And now Trump's lawyer is attacking the same report that he claims
    exonerated his boss.

How much credibility do you think Trump's yes man has with the
Congress? How much credibility do you think Trump's yes man has
with Trump himself? How much credibility do you think Trump's
yes man has with the American people?

If you guessed zero, you're right.

None of those efforts resulted in any demonstrable obstruction of
    justice, so
you're left to argue that *attempted* obstruction is criminally
    prosecutable.

And of course you also need to demonstrate that Trump had "corrupt
    intent" in
all the above, which is notoriously difficult to prove in court. At
    least
    Nixon left us his tapes.

The prosecution of those crimes is deferred to congressional impeachment, or to once Trump has been removed from office.

Technically, impeachment is the equivalent only of indictment.
    Prosecution
    would fall to the Senate.

And there's no way on earth the senate would convict, so the whole
thing is a waste of time and money, but it does give the Corruptocrats
a lot of free media for their posturing

    It says, "No collusion."

So much for Muellertime, more like a waste of time.

I've been around since FDR, and I've never seen a president who was
    so hated,
so attacked, and reviled as Trump. Even Nixon wasn't hated this bad.
    Not even
    Jimmy Carter.

Agreed. But you see, Trump defeated the Corruptocrats' Savior of the

NO collusion! NO obstruction. NO charges aimed at Trump or any
    in his
    family.

That gripes the democrat's guts! They can't stand it! They're
    throwing
everything they can think of or invent at him, from Congressional committees, to make trouble for him.

Here is the thing about Trump, he is a fighter, meaning that if he is attacked with nonsense, he will and has shown previously to attack
    back
    with twice the ability.

The Democrats are shooting themselves in thier own feet with every
    action
that they take this is anti-Trump.

With every step, they are marching to thier own doom. They are
    insuring his
victory. So let them try, let them say what they want to say, let
    them do,
    what they wish to do.

The Democratic Presidental hopfulls will fade away one by one.
    - Bernie wants to give crimminals who are incarated the right to
    vote.
    - Elizabeth "pocahontas" Warren wants to wipe out student debt.

and run successful Americans out of the country, if they stay she'll
    tax them into pennilessness.

    - Beto O'Rourke wants to tear up the Constitution.

too late, Abraham Lincoln already did that - and congress (and the
executive and the judiciary) have been ignoring it for about a century.

    - Gillibrand wants to give illegals drivers licenses.

they already have them, that's how Texas got nearly 100,000 illegal
aliens on its voter rolls. The voter registration rate is so abysmally
low (only about half of the eligible citizens register to vote, and of
the half that does register only about half follow through and vote)
that many states - including Texas - automatically register people to
vote when they apply for a driver's license.

    Biden 43%

    Someone else 5%
    Unsure 15%

If crazy uncle Joe lasts in the race to the Presidential debates it will be

    Hello Greg,

In fact that is, American as apple pie.

Rigging elections most certainly is. Such as Gore v Bush, when
five justices of the USSC conspired to grant the presidency to the
    loser.

How obvious it is to take my American as apple pie comment and twist it
    your
own means. This is something I would expect by others.

However there is no rigging of the 2016 election https://tinyurl.com/y544wb6j

How do you know? Being there is no paper trail in electronic
voting used in several states, the election could have been rigged.
Maybe even by Russians, or stooges working for Russians.

It is a good thing that Bush did win though,

GWB was declared the winner by 5 justices of the USSC, based on
incomplete results. In fact, all results were thrown out, the only
votes counted being the 9 votes taken by 9 justices of the USSC.
No electoral college electors. No popular votes. Just 9 justices,
    by a vote of 5-4.

Since not all valid votes cast were allowed to be counted, GWB
was never a legitimate president. Just an occupant of the White
House. Kind of like Trump's kid, Barron.

because if Gore won Airplanes and even automobiles powered by the
    combustion
engine would of been nothing more than a footnote on wikipedia.com

President-elect Gore went on to other things, allowing the pretender
to take his place. A true Southern gentleman, quite unlike what we
    have in office today.

    Hello Greg,

He is also not getting paid, I think we all know that he
    doe$n't ne
    money.

Then he should have no problem showing us his tax returns.

I do not need to see them, it is good enough, that President
    Trump ke
    his
campaign promises, with more on the way being met.

That's not good enough. Not for the state of New York.
And you know what that means ...

Nearly every single county within New York State voted for Trump accept
    for
    NYC,

A clear majority of NY voters pulled the lever for Hillary Clinton.
Sure, many of those voters were from NYC. But also others throughout
    the entire state.

I do not think the majority cares about his tax returns,

Most Americans do care to find out if their president is a tax
cheat. What is he trying to hide? It definitely is something.
And the people do have a legitimate right to know. Not just
people in New York, but also throughout the US.

they care about things that effect them on a day to day basis,

If the president is a crook, it is most definintely one of those
things that affects the American people.

his tax returns known or unknown would have no change in peoples daily lives.

One of the articles of impeachment concerning Richard Nixon was
dealing with his income taxes. Nixon was able to avoid impeachment
and removal from office by resigning in disgrace. Trump should do
the same, thus saving himself further embarrassment.

New York is one of the highest taxed states in the country.

And look at the services the people get for their tax dollars.
Six years after Sandy, New York has bigger and better sandbags
to keep everybody's homes safe from winds, torrential rains,
and flooding. Now if only it can find enough folks to volunteer
their time to place them where they need to be ...

    STATEMENT BY FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTORS

    DOJ Alumni StatementFollow
    May 6

We are former federal prosecutors. We served under both Republican and Democratic administrations at different levels of the federal system:
as line attorneys, supervisors, special prosecutors, United States
Attorneys, and senior officials at the Department of Justice. The
offices in which we served were small, medium, and large; urban,
suburban, and rural; and located in all parts of our country.

Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against
indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice.

That statement was signed by 500+ people, all of them professionals
at what they do. Including one politician who has announced his own
bid for the Republican nomination for president (William Weld).

The president's stooge forgot to mention the detail.
And you know as well as I the devil is in the detail.

Maybe you would prefer that wetback "do-little Sessions."

Jeff Sessions had the good sense to recuse himself, being the competent
lawyer he has always been. Bill Barr was always prejudiced in favor of
Trump, regardless of what Trump may or may not have done, as shown in
his 16-page application for the AG job. Even though he had a duty and
an obligation to recuse himself, as did Jeff Sessions, the current AG
chose to ignore the law by remaining at the president's side - even
while knowing his president is guilty as sin.

What does Barron have to do with any of this?

Only Melania can know for sure if Barron is legitimate.

Barron has more toys or more money then I could ever dream of.

Who is his daddy? Only Melania can, or rather might, know for sure.

but you know what? That is more then just ok.

Melania says it is okay with her that her husband chases skirts.
Maybe it is okay with Donald if his wife does the same (with guys).
Whatever is their personal life is fine with me. Just like with
the Clintons. And to think the Clintons have been together,
happily married to each other, for how many years? Now compare
that with the Trumps. How many wives did the Donald have? Which
one is he on now? I seem to have lost count ...

I'm a decent guy raised in the right way, I work hard and play harder.

Amy Carter was raised in the right way. The Carters worked hard
and played harder. Mostly building houses for the poor.

Chelsea Clinton was raised in the right way. The Clintons worked hard
and played harder. Mostly by chasing skirts and running for president.

Enjoy life - don't be a stick in the mud.

Not to worry. This Cajun has a pirogue. And a paddle.

friend Vladimir Putin, the people's choice would be sitting in the
    White House today.

Think for a moment... (just for a moment, I promise it will not hurt to much)

Why would Vladimir want Trump with his America First agenda?

For the same reason he wanted Chancellor Merkel with her
Germany First agenda. And for the same reason he wanted
President Marcon with his France First agenda. Just imagine
the uproar had Merkel and Marcon not objected, thus giving
    Putin exactly what he wanted?

But with Trump, things turned out far different.
Trump is so stupid he gave the tiny Russian a bear hug.
And we all know what happened after that.

I mean...wasn't it Hillary that gave Vladimir a big red shiny & new reset button. and uranium to boot? Poor Hillary.

Only the president has the football. Never the secretary of state.
And we all know basketball was the only game he played ...

Gonna be a fun evening in November 2020 when whoever the Democrats
choose to put up as their candidate claims the prize.

or the Democratic Party could be obliterated by the year 2021.

A 29-year-old gal from New York winning the presidency? Well,
Joe Biden was 29 years old when he won his race for US Senator.
So why not? She does call herself a democratic socialist ...

    Hello Greg,

You are talking about the man that both sides of the aisle praised when
    he was appointed.

....and now the left is disappointed in a man that they once praised. because he could not produce that golden egg.

No one needs a 400 + document to say No Collusion - No Obstruction by the President.

"Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against
indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice." ~DOJ Alumni (500+ signatures)

But from the way you talk, you are doing exactly that -- namely the FOX
    entertainment channel called FOX News.

At least I not filled with vile hate, additionally what I am saying is
    fact
as apposed to being fake. I would rather be "Fair and Balanced" then push the cart of lies that people on your side drag along.

The statement signed by DOJ alumni is not "filled with vile hate",
but is a shared opinion based on fact as reported by Bob Mueller -

"The Mueller report describes several acts that satisfy all of the
elements for an obstruction charge: conduct that obstructed or
attempted to obstruct the truth-finding process, as to which the
evidence of corrupt intent and connection to pending proceedings is overwhelming. These include:

"· The President’s efforts to fire Mueller and to falsify evidence
    about that effort;

"· The President’s efforts to limit the scope of Mueller’s investigation to exclude his conduct; and

"· The President’s efforts to prevent witnesses from cooperating with investigators probing him and his campaign." ~DOJ Alumni

Two different redacted versions of the Mueller report have been

Bill Barr. It is time for the truth to be known, not the lies
and misrepresentations of the Mueller report as shown by others.

    Mueller own words
    1. ON OBSTRUCTION
"Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable

The President's efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests."

The sound of one hand clapping is heard only by The Donald.
Nobody else is laughing, or even paying attention.

    What does he mean?

Your president is a crook. Just like Richard Nixon.

exerting undue influence over law enforcement including the Russian-interfluence and obstruction investigations...

All 17 of our intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia
is guilty of trying to disrupt or influence our elections.

This is considered here say sir.

President Barack Obama has placed sanctions on Russia due to
    their nefarious activities.

Unless your a bug on the wall, you making it as you go along.

Like AG Bill Barr's unfounded and unsupported claim of the Trump
campaign being spied on by Democrats, on orders by President Obama?
My, my. Your president must be feeling the heat, especially since
his tax returns from 1985 to 1994 prove him not to be nearly as
rich as he claims to be. In fact, it turns out he is a failed
businessman who has lost over a billion dollars (USD) over that
period of time. Imagine running a business, at a loss, for over
    ten years, without showing profit.

How in the world could The Donald manage to do that and still
be in business? Well, it really is quite easy. Just keep spending
your daddy's money as if it was water ...

Yes sir-ree a real circus, Mueller the Clown.

I didn't mind Donald Trump spending his daddy's money.
But when it comes to Donald Trump spending our tax dollars,
meaning yours and mine, then I have a problem.

    Actually, we all do.

We do not need a tax cheat spending our money.

    2. ON COLLUSION

Collusion is not a crime. Conspiracy is. But you knew that.

While the investigation identified numerous links between individuals with ties to the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump Campaign the evidence was not sufficient to support criminal charges.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Several people were indicted, and some convicted, with more
investigations continuing. Your beloved will have his turn,
    in due time.

    So move it along!
Taken right from the the horses, err I mean painted clown mouth.

It is DOJ policy not to indict a sitting president. But once
out of office, private citizen Donald Trump is fair game. And
    not just by the DOJ.

Melania says it is okay with her that her husband chases skirts.

Chases skirts? he is doing no such thing, he gets to sleep with Melania
    who
    is a supermodel.

I do not know what Donald Trump does with his free time, other than
play golf. Maybe that is all he is capable of doing. I mean, he is
in his 70s, and suffers from abdominal obesity (a nicer way of saying
    morbidly obese).

But at least he doesn't smoke. Or drink coffee, tea, or alcohol.
Although he does love his soda pop. And junk food.

Which

    What do you mean?

There are legitimate wives and there are fuck wives.

It all is making sense now as to why the dems are opposing the
    citizenship
    question on the U.S. Census.

They're afraid people will hide from the census takers, fearing that the census people will turn them in to ICE.

The thing is, if the census provides an accurate count of American *citizens* that's a good thing. I don't care how many illegals are or are not counted as long as they're not counted as 'citizens.'

If the illegals are lumped in with everybody else, that will affect
the boundaries of congressional districts when they're adjusted after the census next year.

And that is exactly what the constitution says should happen. The
census is supposed to count *ALL* people, not just citizens.

Ah, but the illegals - and other non-citizens - should NOT be considered
when drawing the boundaries for congresscrooks' districts.

Yeah. That's the ticket. Fire everybody leaving only himself
in charge. How to remove the vice president would be a bit more
tricky, as the vice president is also an elected public official.
But really not a problem, as the 25th amendment allows the vice

A 29-year-old gal from New York winning the presidency? Well,

She won't be eligible for another six years.

She could run in 2020 for Senate or House, but not for President. To run for President one must be 35 years old.

OAC can run for president in 2020.
Even though she would still be well under the age of 35.
Not only can she run for president in 2020,
but she can be elected president in 2020.
    Isn't that amazing?

And the US Constitution does make it clear she can do that.

You might want to brush up your reading of the US Constitution.
Especially the 20th amendment. It's all in there.

The 20th amendment says nothing about the age requirements for
President. It has to do with changing the dates of starting terms for
    the new congress & President.

Age requirement for President is 35 years, as stated in Article II,
section 1, clause 5. Since AOC is now only 29 that means that she will
not be eligible to be elected to the Office of President until she is
    35. That will happen in October of 2024, and so she could run for that
    office then.

You might want to brush up on *your* reading of the US Constitution.

Especially the 20th amendment. It's all in there.

The 20th amendment says nothing about the age requirements for
    President.

    You got that part right.

It has to do with changing the dates of starting terms for
    the new congress & President.

The starting dates and terms for members of Congress and for
President are stated elsewhere, very clearly. The amendment does
    nothing to change that.

Age requirement for President is 35 years, as stated in Article II, section 1, clause 5.

The "age requirement" stated in Article II, section 1, clause 5
has nothing to do with running or being elected to President.

Since AOC is now only 29 that means that she will not be eligible to be elected to the Office of President until she is 35.

There is nothing in the US Constitution prohibiting anyone under
the age of 35 from running for President, or from being elected
    President.

That will happen in October of 2024, and so she could run for that
    office then.

You are misinterpreting the US Constitution. To qualify for office,
she would have to be at least age 35. That does not mean she would
have to wait until she is old enough to qualify for office in order
    to run or be elected.

Huey P. Long did exactly that when he ran, and won, for US Senate.
Joe Biden also did exactly that when he ran, and won, for US Senate.

Qualification for Senate is age 30. Huey and Joe both ran and won
    at age 29.

Qualification for President is age 35. And you are telling me
that OAC has to wait until she is at least age 35 to even run?

You might want to brush up on *your* reading of the US Constitution.

There is no minimum or maximun age requirement to run or be elected
to Congress, President, or appointed to US Supreme Court.

Come to think of it, President Trump can appoint his son, Barron,
to the US Supreme Court. Wouldn't that be a real hoot? Having a
kid on the highest court in the land. Barron would be better than
    Alfred E. Neuman!

If the illegals are lumped in with everybody else, that will affect the boundaries of congressional districts when they're
    adjusted after
    the census next year.

And that is exactly what the constitution says should happen. The
census is supposed to count *ALL* people, not just citizens.

Ah, but the illegals - and other non-citizens - should NOT be
considered when drawing the boundaries for congresscrooks' districts.

That is obviously your opinion, but runs contrary to what the
    Constitution says.

Actually it doesn't. The Constitution is silent on the issue of
non-citizens. I don't think that the idea of several million illegals
living in the country occurred to the Founders.

When the Constitution was written nearly everybody in the country were
legal citizens, there weren't several million illegal residents in the
country (unless one wants to count all those Europeans who'd been
invading the country for upwards of 200 years).

MTV has come of age, with Brian Russell being their candidate
of choice for president. Age 34, just barely having graduated
    from the millennial generation ...

To be fair, he will turn age 35 in November 2019, but not until
after Election Day, which would make him the YOUNGEST ELECTED PREZ
    IN HISTORY!

The one advantage he will have is nominating an older guy as veep
to serve as his mentor. I suspect Mayor Pete (age 37) will be his
    choice.
