Hi Gary,
On 2019-04-24 17:51:31, you wrote to me:
Thank goodness that this is making it out. I have 4 networks and
FidoNet seem to be down for at least the last month for me. How would
i go about having back-up places to poll? I would like to take the
steps needed to make sure the messages flow.
Well, first make sure your software can handle multiple links for the same network (if it can function as a host/hub it should), and has good dupe detection. Then ask someone for a link and set things up...
I am still new at learing all this. I think I have a sound mailer
running now. But how do I know it can handle incoming calls? Like someone trying to crash mail my system? I Think once you sent a test
and posted a screen of my BBS ansering and not my mailer. Can you do
that again?
I just send a crash netmail and it was accepted by your system:
