US Rep Gohmert (R-TX) introduced a resolution to the house to ban AT>Democrats from the house, unless they change their name.
The Democrat Party is notorious for its commitment to slavery. The name is AT>synonymous with incredible pain an oppression that it brought to so many AT>African slaves.
Gohmert added that he doesn't want the word Democrat "to trigger anybody," AT>since the term is a constant reminder of the USA's ugly history. It goes AT>hand in hand with removing statues.
The democrats should be made to `keep' the title `democrat'! That title alone ties all of them to their racist, bigoted past!
Down with the statues! Down with paintings of slave owning presidents! And AT>down with the Democrat Party!
The democrats want the rioters to tear down all of them. The main reason they want all military installations named after Confederate persons is to `erase' their connection to slavery, obstruction of the civil rights movement and opposition to the civil rights bill.
Once all visual history of their involvement in slavery, their opposition to civil rights, has been done away with....they will begin to re-write history more to their liking.
