Phil has definitely been around during your time. He comes and goes. By some miracle you've never noticed him, I guess. Maybe you have a forgotten twitlist entry that's keeping him out.

He's not a bad guy at all, but he takes himself and his BBS very seriously and sometimes becomes belligerent when frustrated. I think he's mellowed out a bit in recent times.

I remember seeing a "phil" posting on Dove-Net several months
ago. I think someone asked if he was the same Phil as before.

He shows up sporadically in the #synchronet IRC channel. Usually
VERY talkative when he's there.
