Is there a single file that I can download and print out? I personally don't like having to go to a wiki for my answers, would MUCH rather have a hard copy in a binder that I can reference.

There's some older manuals that you can print (e.g., ftp://vert.synchro.net/main/SBBS_3RD/SYSOPDOC.PDF) but it's out-dated. And even
if you could just print the entire wiki, it'd be out-dated soon after.

    don't

    None that I'm aware of.

There are tools for turning wikis into books, but I'm not sure how well they work or if they need to be
    installed on the server.

The old docs (http://synchro.net/docs/sysop.html) are probably more printable, but will be outdated or lacking in many places now.

like having to go to a wiki for my answers, would MUCH rather have a hard
    copy
in a binder that I can reference.

The wiki sees frequent additions and corrections which a hard copy would not. Plus it's searchable, and has hyperlinks to related topics. As a support resource it's far superior to a printed book. I suggest embracing it.
