Hello all,

I'm trying to setup Doorparty for my BBS (Synchronet 3.18-Linux) and after following the instructions. (Not sure if I did EVERYthing right). when I go to try to load DP up, it exits with this error:

Connecting to DoorParty, please wait ...!ERROR -1 (111) connecting to server localhost

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Todd and me went over the setup, I followed the Wiki, but the linux instructions weren't there. but after seing this message, there were things I didn't set up and now have set up.

Is DoorParty Connector installed and running?

Yes, DP has been running for over 2 years, I have another BBS (Enigma) using DP, but it didn't need the connector running.

THAT was huge help, sort of. it stopped exiting with that error I posted before. Now it just exits. I think I know what it is, I'll have to fix it this weekend. I'll keep you updated.
